Section 56
SECURITY OF SERVICE OF CIVIL SERVANTS
No civil servant shall be removed or dismissed from the civil service without giving an opportunity of manasib mafik to give proof of innocence except the following civil servants:-
(a) Convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge involving moral turpitude,
(b) Incumbent on fixed term post,
(c) the fugitive is not located or there is sufficient ground that it is not possible to establish contact.
(d) Convicted by the court on charges of corruption.
